上一期我们分享了什么是亚马逊真实性投诉,今天来和大家分享一下被投诉了如何申诉。最近亚马逊的规则也是越来越严了,真实性封店申诉难度也越来越大,收到邮件之后,可以选择“不承认违规”并申诉,提供充分的解释。
发票要求: 亚马逊真实性封店申诉难度极大,在此过程中必须提供真实有效的资料,坚决不能使用假发票! 开票公司:与账户内的售卖产品类目一致、发票的产品数量大于过去的365天销量; 卖家最好养成每隔三个月开具发票的习惯,因为目前很多审核申诉都要求提供增值税发票。 如果之前没有开过发票,那么开票日期可以设定为当天,并在发票的右下角位置注明发票补开时间。 账户内有品牌:需提供品牌授权书或商标证书(发票上规格里填写品牌名,如果不能填写,备注栏填写),如果没有品牌,则不需要。 同时,该发票需在国家税务局全国增值税发票查验平台上真实可查。
